If the windows came loaded on your PC when you purchased it Microsoft can certainly help with this in the event you do not have the license key that is. You cannot delete it by the way. It for some reason is requiring re-inputting the key.

Great if you have the key Microsoft can give you a temp key then you input the key they verify your key via telephone and or internet. This sort of happen to me once and I was able to get it going thereafter. Good luck.

U have to verify this with microsoft.
U have to request them about this.
If your product is really a purchased one , u will never get a message like this, i haven't seen any such message like this.
If the windows is a pirated one ur under softer counterfeiting..
Check with the date of purchase of the product and hw many times have u installed the product in your system, i think u have crossed the license ..
