how do you react when angry?

How do you react with anger when getting into a fight? Are you 'the keep my mouth shut' & 'silent treament' types? or the type who will 'blow it all out till I calm down' & no holding back?

If I am angry,I set myself in a brief moment of silence.Then I will try to hold myself until I clearly knew what ground am I trying to go.If everything is set i will point out or headfast to the person whom im angry at.if he owes me explanation I will listen bt he hasto ,listen to me in return.Im dont ussually go silent but I ussually dont blow myself out.I just wanted to be at peace with myself and with everybody as long as they are not hurting me at all...

Wow, you've got sense of control over your anger. I wish I can do that. It shows how mature a person you are. =)

wow, that is very ideal! that's sign of maturity. matured enough to calm and control yourself, that is very impressive. only a very few people can do that.

thank you.I learned that from childhood.I always do that and thanks to my grandmother who had helped me acquire that trait...sometimes its not only maturity guys,its also a choice....

Well I mostly stay quiet, but if the person keeps at it and it then I would start to yell at them. Only once I really got tired of the yelling and I just grabbed them by the collar and pushed them against the wall since I had enough. But I'm not a violent person, but that person had it coming.

i'm the second type. the one who will 'blow it all out till I calm down' & no holding back kind of person. its not good though. and i could hurt people around me most often. so I don't want to be angry so that there will just be peace.

I have a bad habit because while I am anger then I react very badly. And also I don’t see who is standing in front of mine. Because I don’t control my anger. I think this is a very bad habit in mine. But now I want to leave this habit. So now I try to some mediation for controlling my anger.

I wanna try that too. Meditation, yoga or hypnotism - to relieve your feelings forget of what made you mad.

Usually. .when I am angry. .I just look in the eyes of a person then keep my mouth shut. I don't want to talk anymore and when my temper get worst , I'll just sleep.Because sleeping is the best eraser for anger.

Hi, I am both, it depends upon the arguments. If I think I have a point I will start the discussion and I will really raise my voice,its one thing I want to avoid or eliminate this new year. But sometimes I may also be the quiet type.

I'm both. There we're times that I just shut up and there we're also times that I will blurt it out, even if I know it is my fault.
