This is the sad story of Life at its horrible face. This lady was there in the locality for more than 8 years - fully mad, but not threatening lunatic!! She would walk down the road often singing the local folk song, dancing and merrymaking within herself. She would sleep in one of the nearby bus stand in the night. For livelihood she would wash the dishes in the hotels and people would actually give her their old clothes and she used to be so happy. This woman, every time I looked at reminded me that she was happy, genuinely happy without the worries of life. Her energy and her friendship with loneliness somehow used to make me think deeply about the philosophies of life, the struggle, love and hate. Among all the wonderful things world has ever created for humans, this was one perfect example of life without prejudice, enmity and hatred for anyone. She would go to temple every morning to clear all the waste so called rich and materialistic devotees would spread all around. During one of her such visit yesterday early in the morning in the nearby street, those wealthy party rich guys riding bike (four of them), fully drunk and in effect of marijuane, hit her. The next tempo truck without any clue of what has happened crushed her bones into the rugged soil of the street. Truck driver had no chance of saving her, though he did try and in the attempt his truck went tumbling down from the street to a small pond in the side. The fact that she had done nothing wrong in her entire life was the irony of this story. There could have been other better ideas of her death in God's mind, why would he choose such a dread death for this lady??Another wonderful God's creation was lost. Maybe this is the tragedy of life. Today, I feel deeply moved by her demise and tears roll over while I am sharing this sad story of life. This is a tribute to Her life.. although mad life!!!!

That's very sad and a horrible end for anyone, I hope the people who hit her on their bikes get prosecuted for what they did. At least she is at peace now and doesn't have to live on the streets and clean up other peoples waste anymore.

Oh that is really sad A bit unfair but maybe that is how her life been written. May her rest in peace. I really dunno what to say, but reading all what you wrote here really moved me and made me sad. Those stupid young guys should be punished and I hope the truck driver was OK anyway. What happen to the driver? Were those idiots been taken to the police station?
