Who Is to Blame for life's Failures?

It is always difficult to accept the blame for our shortcomings especially if those we wrong are of a lower cadre than we are.Take this for an example, inn my country Nigeria,if someone in power does a wrong thing they blame it on the masses or on their oppositions.A bomb explodes close to the venue of celebration of our Nations 50th Independence and nobody considers it too serious. More so,some hoodlums take to the roads of a city called Aba in a state called Abia, unleashes mayhem, kills and loot road users while raping young and old women. With all these and a lot other wrongs that we face in today's world,I cant help but ask this question: WHO DO WE BLAME FOR LIFE' FAILURES?

It is we who were and will be responsible for our failures. If you can take the responsibility of failure you can analyze where you went wrong hence half the problem is solved. If somebody tries to deceive you it is not their mistake you are giving them a chance to deceive you by exposing your innocence and that is purely your mistake. If one can accept failures and take responsibility he will sure come up in life very fast compared to other who never failed. Nice topic...

Who to blame? Ourselves. If we are strong enough to admit our failures and shortcomings. Blaming others is very common but there is no common reason behind it. Instead there are several reasons why people tend to blame others on their failures. People who blame others usually try to hide their feelings of helplessness. They don't want to admit that they are not in control and that there is nothing they can do. It OK to blame others if they were really responsible and if blaming them was going to prevent similar mistakes in the future but in most cases we must learn how to take responsibility of your actions and be in control of your life so that you dont blame innocent people.

There are many factors that go into making one of life's failures. We really can't blame one person or thing for it. it is often a combination that makes this result. it is easier to take a failure if we can place the blame somewhere. All we can hope for when we fail is to keep on trying until we succeed.

We are responsible for how we use our life. Whatever we do, right or wrong, we reap. So we cannot blame others for our failures in life

If there are a lot of criminals in your country that is just the culture. And people in power can't do everything and solve anything, that is absurd thinking. Of course there are leaders that are better than others. And some leaders are too selfish and shouldn't be let to be in charge in the first place. But in the end people make their own choices. And if there are people that want to do violent things there is nothing the goverment can do, but punish them but they can't keep it from happening because that's just the way these people are.

i would not say that our lives no matter how bad it is are failures. I would like to believe that our lives are well and its just that sometimes thee are bumps in the road.... it may take some time for us to recover but when we do we will see a better life, anyway... right?

I think we can't blame other people for our failure in life since we ourselves are the person responsible for our own lives. But I do aware that our surroundings do have some effects to us in our lives. The first person to blame is ourselves. We have to think what have we've done to be better and what are our mistakes. We can be a better and successful person by doing that. Of course, that needs time and we should learn from others too.

Doing something wrong 9 out of 10 times means it's your own fault. When some country leader or tuxedo-ninny makes a mistake then yes they always blame us. Let them do that they'll see that when we have enough of them we just overthrow them. Our left-winged government didn't do a Jack Spaceship about the problems we have here so we massively chose for an ultra-right government... ;-)

I am a Nigerian too, instead of blaming people for misfortunes and failures around us why dont we blame ourselves so we actually do something about it. We both know Nigeria's problem is the government but what are we doing to try to help that the question we both have to think about. Nigeria isn't a place I personally enjoy living in but we can all pray for it to get better blaming no one but ourselves when it doesn't. That is the only way we will ever actually get anything solved

It is human nature to point the finger, and our governments are good at doing this. And it is also human nature to make mistakes. I wouldn't blame anyone but myself if i did something terrible. It wouldn't make sense for me to go out and kill somebody and then blame it on the government. But it would make a whole lot of sense if the government killed somebody and blamed it on you and me! Remember the only reason for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing.

Well we cant blame anyone for life's failures. We ourselves responsible for that. Whatever happens in life is for the good. Make sure that we avoid the failures in life.
