if that person always cares for you^^ always ask how you are, always want be around you^^ always say sweet things to you^^ thats the way to know if someone likes or loves us^^ if a guy is so sweet and caring to you is bcs is interested in you mostly^^ those are the signs that a guy really likes us^^ he will ask things about you, if can go out together^^ cute things like this^^

I can never tell, not until they show it. Saying that you love someone is not enough; showing is the best thing to do and it is more sincere. Action speaks louder than words, don't forget that. ^^

Great expectation comes great frustration... It is really hard to tell nowadays. People are getting good at pretending: Lots of good gestures, small acts of care, cool promises, ...name them all. It would be best to know each other really well and before concluding anything, be sure that you have talked, sincerely, about it. Remember that assuming anything can be devastating; It's the heart the talks, not the brain.

Well your question is very complicated.First of All It is very difficult to propsoe some if you Love or Like some.I have been through that. and i know How i did that and after its response how I felt. Now your question is about the other person's behaviour who is being proposed.
Well My answer would be that before telling any thing Just close your eyes and listen to your heart, and Do as he says.

Friendship is always a good things, love is also a good things but always be prepared friendship can become love...
Sometimes your friend starts to love you but you don't want this so you start to 'hate' him in one way because you only want to be friends but he/she wants to go further than this...
