houllier wants niko kranjar

i read the news that aston villa manager, gerard houllier wants niko kranjac after niko status in hotspurs become unsure after van de vart coming..
do you think whats the best for niko kranjar?? still play for redknapp which had give many things to him when they work in portsmouth before go in hotspurs now or accept houllier offered??

I think that the best thing for a player is to play as much as he can. If he doesn't play for his favorite team, then I think that the main concern of every player is to be on the field to demonstrate what he knows. He has still the option to stay at Spurs and show that he can be better than whoever is playing on his position. But if van der Vaart continues to perform as he did so far, I don't see how Kranjcar can take his position. So if he wants to play regularly he has to find himself a team where he can. If that team is Aston Villa, then he should join them and demonstrate there that he is better than van der Vaart. But I think that this is sort of impossible, because Rafael has more skills than him.

There is no factual proof, but I think that van der Vaart is better seen in Europe than Kranjcar. He was signed by better teams then Niko and I think that the fact that he is a starting lineup player in the second placed team at World Cup says plenty of his qualities. But there are no factual proofs. On the site transfermarkt.de the value of VDV is 15 million Euros and the value of Kranjcar is 13 million Euros. This is the only so called proof that I have found.
