dormouse I am not publishedd but I have written sev eral noves. Find a c class or two at Junior college and take some writing courses on short stories and writing novels. You get hands on experience and even are shown how to try to sell your wo rks. That is what I did and you do get really valuable information that will help you to get started and to keep on. Also most c lasses have writers groups you can join to learn from each other. good luc k and God bless

I have before, it was published by a small company i don't recommended it by the way. i am going to be publishing a few more this year and the began of next year. but i will be publishing it my self with lulu they seam to be the best for self publishing if you don't have lots of money to start with. and once you publish it your self you can try and sell to a big publisher already having it self published means they have less work to do and they will look at it a little nicer.

i found it helps to just sit and write things down don't think about the end just keep writing, you then come back and read it the next day and see where you want to go from there it helps.

Well, the first and most important thing that you will need to do before you start to write a book is that you need to decide what you want to write about. If you are planning on writing about something that has happened in your life, then you want to pick something that has happened that has a particular memory associated in it for you. While you are writing you want to make sure that you include a lot of details so that the reader can feel like they were actually there. And, don't rush to get done with your writing because it is more likely to be higher quality if you take your time writing than if you rush through it.

To start with, you must submit your works to the book pulishers in your area, or any online book publishers, if you preferred to be online, for reviews. No matter what topic it is, as long as it has an interesting story and within the publisher standard, I'm sure they will accept it.
