What are some foods that you know are healthy for your body?

Fruits and vegetables are good food for human health. Vegetables are poor man's food that keep their body fit as they often cannot buy fruit.

I find that shrimp is very healthy for one to eat. Especially since shrimp is low in calories, & has 0 amount of fat in it as well. I find myself using it a lot in the food I make for me & my other half.
I as well love eating stir fry's. My favorite would most definitely have to be chicken stir fry. Though I like it being mixed with vegetables. I like how this dish gives one a source of vitamins.
I as well have always been a big fan of fruit. I love using it to create fruit shakes/smoothies. I find them to give me a good source of vitamins, but I also find them to give me a lot more energy once I have consumed them. I also use them in desserts I make or just on the side to eat. I love using strawberries for shakes & for the desserts I end up making for me & my other half. Bananas & strawberries have to be two of my favorite fruits as of right now at this point in time!
I also like a lot of my meat to be grilled. I find this way to be rather healthy. So I will grill the chicken I buy or the hamburgers I buy. I like that this method helps to drain a lot of the excess fat from the food I cook.
I know that whole grain breads/bagels are very healthy. As are vegetables as well. I use carrots a lot in the food I make for supper for me & my other half.
I love whole grain foods as well. As I know they are very healthy for one to eat. And I need as much iron as I can get each & every day I have found. I as well love spinach, as well as tuna to. As I find both of these foods can be used in a lot of the foods I end up making.
In conclusion, I believe that I consume a variety of different foods that are healthy for me, as well as my body at the end of the day. And I believe that I do know what foods are healthy & what aren't. I believe it is easy to tell the difference!
But like anyone I am human.. And I do treat myself from time to time. I think we should all do this once in a while..
