Suggest me for good health

For the past couple of weeks my health is gradually going down because of heavy work and improper timing in taking food. Kindly suggest me some methods to improve my health.

I hate to admit advice from a "couch potato" is right, but it is. Hydrating is super important and so is eating properly. If you are working real hard you'll need more calories to keep you energy up too!

Well,health is wealth. I hope you have expanded this proverb in your child hood school days. To keep yourself fit to tackle the challenges of life,first yo have to streamline your work pattern and the secret of keeping good health is to eat in correct time and sleep at the correct time. Eat good leafy and vegetables and also drink plenty of water - which many people do not practice. I hope this will surely help you in improving your health and keeping the doctor away.

Milk is very important for good health. Fruits and juices are also nice to keep you fresh and healthy.

Hi venkimba2012, If you often make the heavy work, I advise you that you should supplement more milk and vitamins apart from main meal. The imp?tant thing you should eat at proper time and have enough 8 hours a day.

It's always a good idea to hydrate a lot. If you have trouble digesting food, then try to eat 5 small portions of meals in a day. This is better than eating 3 big meals. If you feel tired most of the time, maybe you are not getting the proper nutrients needed by the body. Take supplements such as ascorbic acid and multivitamins. You can also add herbal supplements if it is available to you. I hope your condition will get better soon.:)
