Drinking two glasses of purple grape juice a day is a natural way to rejuvenate your veins and arteries that will have you feeling brand new.. This sweet beverage
contains several ingredients that make it a heart smart choice. Quercetin, a flavonoid found in grape skins, acts, as an antioxidant to prevent LDH cholesterol from collecting on your artery walls. Resvatrol, also found in the skin, twarts inflammation and blood clots. meanwhile procyanidins in the seed helps keep blood vessels relaxed and exert antioxidant powers of their own. When these substances are combined, the mixture can reduce platelet clumping by 91 percent. studies even show that one serving of grape juice is as good for your heart and arteries as a daily dose of baby aspirin. so drink up !

this purple grape juice is good for my grandfather, for he had a stroke years ago.
I'll pass the message to him, cause it benefits him a lot. Thanks Laken, two glasses, i'll keep that in mind.

That is very interesting. Thank you very much for the information. I do drink grape juice once in a while. After reading your posting, I would drink grape juice more often. My favorite fruit juice these days have been fresh orange juice. That is very rejuvenating too. I know it is very good for reducing the risk of catching cold.

Thank you for sharing this. This is very informative. I realized I haven't eaten grapes for a long time.
