I have a sixteen year old sister who started wearing glasses when she was 11 years old. That was the time when my mom brought her to an optometrist. The doctor diagnosed that she really needed to start wearing glasses. Actually we just had an idea to bring her to an optometrist because everytime we watch a program on television or when we watch movies on the cinema it seems she cannot see it properly. I can also still remember that the doctor also suggested her to eat a lot of carrots to improve her vision. Do you think eating carrots can really improved vision?

Eating carrots helps in vision. It is a natural source of vitamin A which is good for the eyes. Eat it fresh or cook.

Yes, carrots are good for eyes. Carrots have vitamn A, which is good for eyes. I also eat carrot a day. In addition, yoga can also help. The yogasana named "surya namaskar" is good for eyes and the whole body.

I think that the carrots can be beneficial for our eyesight. As carrots contains lots of vitamin A and this is what our eyes need. Besides, carrots are healthy and it won't be bad to eat them, right? I love China
