Police Scanners

I got my police scanner two or three years ago. Of course these days most, if not all, are not just police scanners but also have other emergency services included as well as scanners for airplanes, ham, and weather. But I primarily just listen to the fire and police frequencies though. Sometimes I like to listen to my town's police frequency as I fall asleep but other times I listen to it whenever as well. Does anyone else own one? Or listen to one online? I have a website bookmarked where you can listen to police scanners online (I have the page for the state I live bookmarked). The con with that is that the website is strictly volunteer so where you live might not be available online. For me, the nearest county is one about an hour away. I've thought about volunteering my scanner for but I don't think I have the necessary equipment for my scanner and computer to be linked. Anyway, who else enjoys listening to their police scanners?
