maicon wants guarantee to play

I am not sure whether it is because Maicon wants to join Real Madrid. He was enjoying working with Jose Mourinho and Mou has already stated he would like to have Maicon at Madrid. So I think this is the start of that process. I am pretty sure the rotation policy that Rafa enforces in his clubs will frustrate a lot of the top players and maybe Maicon is already beginning to get frustrated. Cheers! Ram

I think that a player has no right of demanding a guarantee to play. If he is better than the rival on the position he will play, if the other one is better, than he will sit on the bench. If a player becomes a guarantee than this is not fair to other player who is competing on the same position and then he will not give all his best for the team, neither in the training nor the game. I know that Maicon wanted to follow Mourinho to Madrid, but Moratti has denied him this move. I don't know how Maicon is performing this year, but this is a custom of the Brazilian players which they make when they are denied to transfer to another team or they want bigger salary. Rafinha was acting the same when he was at Schalke and eventually got what he wanted, he went away in Russia, if I am correct, but I don't know to which team.

i think because maicon know he deserve got a better salary.. he is one of the star..one of the best ring back in this world...he is one of the key success for inter last season... it depends on inter now..accept maicon request or not??

If Maicon wants to leave due to the lack of action, then it is understandable. If he wants to leave for a fatter paycheck, then he should be condemn.
