Have you seen the movie Salt? Angelina Jolie who plays Evelyn Salt was remarkable in her portrayal of a suspected double agent who runs to protect her husband and to clear her name fro two doubting Tomases.
I've read several reviews on Salt and was a bit disappointed in some in that the reviews seemed to forgot the genre of the movie--action movie--and should be described as such. I mean, one cannot go beyond its nature, right? Some reviewers expected more from Salt judging it to be less than it was simply because it was not more than it was.
When I watch a movie, I don't go beyond what the movie is and becomes satisfied because of my expectation which is rooted on what the movie is and what it is about. Nothing more and nothing less.
How about you? Do you get disappointed because an action movie is not a sci-fi movie or a fantasy movie or something to that effect?

i love that movie.first because of Jolie.she's my idol.love her!second.i like the story and its a great action movie.so plus for the movie!two thumbs up.

I've seen Salt, and I think it was great. Angelina Jolie was really good there, just like she always is. Never mind that she barely spoke the entire time, she actions and her eyes were enough. I do get your point about the reviews, since some people seem to forget the important things. Salt was an action movie, and it was indeed action. I also understand some of the reviewers. Maybe it was just that it was Angelina Jolie, and people expect a lot of things when the cast is someone as big as her.

Yes, her eyes could be expressive like some shots in that movie. You get the message even without the dialog. Thanks for your response.

Salt that is a great movie I love it , she was amazing in that movie . I think she always play a the role of an agent very good . Those reviewers are something clueless because that was a good action movie . If the movie is action that is what I expect nothing more is necessary .

I have seen it. As always, Angelina Jolie was a great actor. Like you said, it was a great action movie. I think some people forget about that and try to make it out to be more than it is. Then, of course, they are due for appointment. I like the spy genre like this as well.

I haven't seen the movie but I have seen the previews to it Angelina seems to be playing a lot of kick butt movies that are action packed I think it may be started with Tomb Raider then Mr. and Mrs. Smith but to be honest I am not a huge fan of hers but in answer to your question I don't get upset or disappointed if an action movie is not a sci fi its not supposed to be sci fi if its got a lot of action in it hence the title ...action movie
Now I do get disappointed if I pay money to see a movie and its a dud no matter what the genre

I have also seen this movie Salt. And I also like this movie. Because in this movie Angelina Jolie who plays Evelyn Salt was remarkable in her portrayal of a suspected double agent who runs to protect her husband and to clear her name fro two doubting Tomases. And also this movie there is some good stunts that I like very much. So overall this movie is a very good movie.

Hi anurag3786! Yes, the movie is a good action movie and AJ was really great there. We must like it the same way such that you wrote it in the same words I did.
