Chocolate with Chilli

You will not believe this as i cannoty believe it until i tried it by myself - Chocolate with Chilli peppers! Someone send it as a gift to my mother and i even dont know from which country they bring it. My mother is quiet conservative with food and sweetys, so when i was visitig her, she gave this chocolate to me. I was surprised too, but did not rejected since i wanted to try how it taste - chocolate with chilli peppers. So, now i am trying it - already eat about one half of it and i must say that it taste like normal chocolate at the start, but then when it reaches the neck, then i started to feel how chilli peppers burning inside my neck. Do you ever tried anything like that, for example like chocolate which is sweet thing in combination with something which is not so sweet or is even pretty hot like peppers?

i love chocolate with chilli peppers!![: i dont think its that hot though.. i feel it burn a little bit but not too much. it just tastes like chocolate with a fiery flavor ..i recommend drinking a glass of milk with it next time [: and i've gotten the chocolate from alot of places all over Europe and South/Central America another flavor you should try is the chocolate with basil leaves.. it sounds strange but its REALLy good. [:

Thanks for your kind recommendations of milk drinking next time when i will try chocolate with chilli peppers! but still it have strange flavor for me, at least it is not so usual as the rest type of chovolates with berries and nuts.

Chilli chocolate is my favourite and I love getting lots of them everytime I go back to Scotland to my Granny. The chilli pepper is not really spicy to me because I love all spicy thing. Chilli is a must for me on my every meal everyday. Did you like it by the way? I do know what you mean when by the chilli taste start burning your neck It will do that to you if you don't really like or eat spicy thing.

I liked it, but it was my first time to try it out, so i am hard to explain what feel after eating it. maybe next time i will try it, i will not be so surprised and thus i will be able to give correct opinion about this product. I cannot say that i would recommend it for other people since we tried it all my family - me, my wife and two sons. From four of us only i still eating it, the rest gave their chocolate to me :D
