Please guide me on How to start a ptc site and also How to get advertisers

Dear friends,I am a member of a large number of ptc sites but most are not genuine and when we tend to reach the minimum payout,they turn into scam. However one thing that I have noticed is that most of the sites are using the same ptc script and tend to get advertisers even in the prelaunch. I want to establish and setup a ptc based business where all of us get our due share of money by clicking ads on ptc sites. I want to start a ptc website but the problem is that I donot know how to get a ptc script.Moreover can we create one using Adobe dreamweaver or .NET . Also how to get advertisers for the website. Please guide me on this,if you have any knowledge regarding this subject. I shall be very thankful to you for your valuable advice. Happy Mylotting
