GreenPTC Is Abandoned?

It's been more than a week now after I received my payout, greenptc doesn't reset ads. Everyday I'm logging in to check but still no ads to click. There is no message from the owner about the stat of the site, and the forum is disabled too. So I think the site is abandoned.
