How often do you eat fruits?

I love fruits. I have 5 to six servings of fruits each day. I need them for good digestion. It aids me on having a regular bowel movement. The fruit that I love most is pear.It is sweet and juicy plus it contains six grams of soluble fiber,also has vitamin C and A. Let's all add fruits to our diet.

Adding fruits to our regular diet is a good idea for being healthy. Eating fruits 5 times a day will help you get all the necessary proteins for your body. But the fruits should be different each time. I don't usually eat fruits and it is not a part of my daily diet.. Adding fruits will increase my daily expenses...

It's good that you know the importance of fruit to our diet but it's bad because you don't benefit much from it. Better cut off your budget for snacks and substitute it with fruits. Happy eating!

Hi nero..I am a fruit junkie!! I eat it everyday, a couple times a day. I'm lucky enough to have a farmers market right by my house and I go there everyday and buy lots of differet fruit. With fall here and winter approaching, I am trying to eat as many of the summer fruits as I can before they are gone. We are still getting strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, peaches, mangos and of course all the normal stuff such as pears, apples, melon, oranges and now the grapefruit are coming into season. I have a pink grapefruit tree in my yard along with a mango tree, several banana trees, tangellos, lemons and key limes. I make large fruit salads in the morning and eat it all through the day. If I could live on fruit, I would!! I love the natural source of vitamin C and A and don't often get colds and think my fruit intake may have something to do with that. I also love to bake fruit deserts especially crumbles. I am making a blueberry sour cream coffee cake as we speak. I'm just now starting to smellthe blueberries and am waiting patiently for it to bake!!! Want a piece?

Hello sulsisels, How I wish I'm from your country too. The fruits from US are really mouthwatering. Yes I some of your country's fruit is available here but they're expensive and most are canned fruits. Better give me a basket of freshly picked blueberries.;-) Blueberries here are sold in can. I love fruits too! Sometimes, I go through spurts where I don't eat any, and then there are times when I will eat them everyday. I seem to eat more when I am keeping track of my diet, and purposely aim to get in at least three fruits a day. I have had as many as five fruits in one day :)

i eat about 2-3 servings per day. the only reason i eat fruits is that they are good for my body in many ways, having the nutrients to provide me my daily necessities for school or play. but dont get me wrong, some fruits taste great too!

I love fruit, but I try not to eat too much because of the sugar. I try to eat two or three servings a day. My favorite fruits are grapes.

I must say i eat fruits daily if not i try to cause i know fruit are neeeded to make your human system grow and i would agree with all parents when they say eat 5 fruit or vegetable per day ! I mean it wont hurt you , it will make you health and great in your body!to be honest i think i eat more vegetable than fruits ... i should maybe eat more fruits hehe

Almost everyday we ate fruits. Yes we need them for good digestion. This is also advice by the doctor to my wife who is pregnant.

I like melons best because it is tangy and juicy. Normally I eat 2 pieces of fruit a day, or one piece of fruit with one slice or fruit pie. I prefer having more variety of ways to eat fruit, rather than just have the fruit itself all the time.

I also love fruits! I have 3 - 4 servings a day. My staples are - apples, grapes, oranges or grapefruit. I take bananas frequently, too. Melons, watermelons, strawberries, mangos, kiwis, pineapples, lanzones, longgan, rambutan, guavas - the list is endless. I like blueberries, but fresh ones are very expensive here.

i dont like fruits neither do i hate them. theres only one fruit that i like and that is avocado. im not much into sweets i prefer spicy foods!

I eat three servings everyday. That's the recommended one. I usually have oranges or mangoes. Grapes are good too. I also like pears! Nothing quite compares to it... did you know that it's called fruit of the gods?
