its been too long.

Life can be busy and we can so easily swept up in things that don't really matter if you think about it afterwards. Keeping busy could be a good thing but also can be a bad thing because like you said, it can keep us from enjoying our lives. I can't really say I ejoy my life everyday but whenever I see myself getting burned out, I try to remember the reasons why I work & do the things that keep me from doing it. We work for things that supposed to make our lives little easier but often we forget that. I try to remember if it's worth giving up my life for & most often, answer's no. Then the choice comes little easier. I don't need to stay for 3 hours of overtime at work. I'd rather spend that time with my daughter & my girl friend. If I have enough to cover all the bills & keep the roof over our head, I don't need to go in for extra day at work.

Probably about a month. I think there are many things people take for granted. Basically this question is, "How good are you at being grateful?" I eat my food slow and listen to music every chance I get. I spend countless hours talking and playing with my kids, I have a keen appreciation for beauty and a good eye for it too, and there are too many things I enjoy doing. Be grateful. Even the smallest things can hold great enjoyment. Be grateful. Count your blessings.

Life has been hectic for me as well. I lost my job, get a new one after months, need to reschedule my life to adjust so I have time for everything and I need to study to help me do my new job better. So I've been focusing and being busy for months now. Now I have time to enjoy myself once in a while. Hopefully things will turn out fine in your side as well.

i dont think there was a serious instance that i didnt enjoy life because every time i spend in school and family make my life enjoyable.

I'm always at home and I feel so bored being alone here because all of them are busy for work and school. But in the end of the day I feel grateful because we are complete again after their busy days at work and school. But the last time that I become so happy was the day that all of us go to out of town party and we swim in that party and we ate lot of foods there. That day was so enjoyable.
