I have heard that postures can have impact on the general health of a human being. Poor Postures can lead to back pains, joint degeneration and a lot. Poor postures are also known to affect the mobility of a person. Though we all know about pbad postures affecting our health, we do not care a bit when we sit or walk or do other things.

Yes for me it is a must to have a good posture. Physical outlook unto your body would identify if your physically and mentally healthy. There many things to consider such as stand straight while standing or walking. Even when sleeping you should lay down for avoiding osteoporosis. It will be the first problem you may encounter when your getting older that is why drink lots of milk for stronger bones.

I agree that postures have an impact on our general healh. It's just like taking care of a plant that is slowly bending down while growing and putting some support to hold it upright. Our body too needs this kind of support so that we can avoid early symptoms of aging or misuse of our body parts.
