Very often people around me claiming that the best wya how to intake vitamins is to drink specific ones like vitamic C pills, vitamin E, A and B pills. Another widely known opinion is that vitamins can be intaked using good diet, eating foods which contains many necessary vitamins. I am inclined more to support the second ones. Only to get more vitamin B6,B12 and magnium i am using some pills. I need them because i am doing sports like running and gymnastics, so magnium helps me a lot to deal with any seizures, while vitamin B6 and B12 have relaxing function. As for the rest vitamins i eat a lot bananas, kiwi cranberries and for energy honey. How you say? Pills, medicaments or quality food to get more vitamins?

My body requirements of vitamin is supplied by the food articles I eat. I take a balanced diet which comprises enough fat, carbohydrate & protein in the form of milk, meat, fish, eggs, green & leafy vegetables & etc. All these are enough to meet my vitamin requirements and so I need not take any additional vitamin in the form of a drink or pill.

Thats cool rthat you dont need to use any pills, but sometimes in here where i live vitamins comes in food periodicaly more or less. In winter time we eat only from exotic lands traveled fruits. At summer we have plenty of vegetables and fruits full of vitamines in our gardens :)
