Is Paid2youtube scam or legit?

Hello friends and to all my fellow mylotters.I just found this one site called paid2youtube.Checked out the site,how it works and the frquently asked questions about that site.I have found out that your earnings will be very depending on how much you participate in viewing and rating videos and subscribing on it.I want to try join that site to see if it is a good earning site too but i dont know if it is legit or scam so anyone can share with me about your experiences with it?

Hello to you my friend. Still remember me? I know that site called paid2youtube. I do not join that site because I don't like the script. Some people say the site is slow earner. That's why i don't join it.
