well even if the dollar is devalued, the prices of gold is too high for me to invest in.

hello vijay12, I do not have enough money to buy gold or silver. I wish I did though. They prices are high for it right now. People are making a lot money reselling there rings and earrings made of gold and necklaces. Thanks and have a great day! Sincerley Unqiue16

Did somebody say GOLD!!! he he he he The price of gold is skyrocketing, unfortunately that does indicate the strength of the dollar. I don't know if silver will ever really take off like gold has. Silver is still pretty affordable by the ounce and is not so much of a standard as gold. For me, I don't have the money to go out and buy gold, but I do have the knowledge and passion to mine for it. To answer the question... yes, stock up on as much gold as one is possibly able. The only problem is... as of the time being I am stuck in a non-gold bearing area, and that is a total bummer.
