Wouldn't it be nice if the State AG also sued Congress for signing on to a bill (by voting)without reading it first. Maybe things would be better if Congress had read and sign an affidavit that they had read and understood what they were voting on.

Congress isn't the only ones that don't read bills before they sign them. When asked about specifics to the Arizona immigration bill many who voted for it didn't know that the bill DOESN'T make it illegal to hire an illegal immigrant, but it is illegal to call report people hiring illegals if the company hiring them hides the paper work.

Amen. If these guys can be held criminally liable for not reading the papers before they foreclose...then congress should be held criminally liable for voting without reading the bills.
