Any one know the detail how my lot pay post/comments

Hi I am new here. I read the earning and mylot and I have a general idea if I post or refer my friend to join I can make money, but I have no idea how the system calculate my post to money that suppose to pay, for example, how many post (or comments) can change to one dollar, is anyone here has experience on it Thanks
