There are times that we argue about with our partners and that becomes a big deal. Simple things it tend to become a huge argument between the two of you. Especially communicating with ex boyfriend and girlfriends. If one of you made a mistake, they still want their partner to say sorry instead you are the one who will say sorry to. Is this some kind of attitude disorder? what do you think?

i am one with very high pride. Sometimes I really hate it. When I broke up with my boyfriend, there wasn't any night that he say sorry and that he wants to get back with me. I'd tell him I don't want him anymore but deep inside I wanted to. now that he's one... i'm missing him so much... i hate this damn pride...

I can't believe that because of your pride you let him go. We'll anyway it's your choice, but sometimes it's good to set aside our pride and accept and learn to admit our mistakes.

too much pride will kill you., each and every one of us has each on pride and we keep protecting it. if somebody will step on our pride we will really argue for the seek of it. but though we have our own pride, we must know how to dealt it.

Attitude disorder? I don't think so. I am a very "proud" person in the way that you describe. I do have a problem with letting arguments go, especially related to ex-boyfriends. I have a method, however, of compensating for my stubbornness. What I do is, I will rant and lecture on and on until it is all out of my system, go away for a second and let off some steam and then come back and smooth things out in a more civil and understanding tone. I could usually get my girlfriend to laugh and smile by the end and that is a win for me, in my opinion. I know there is probably a better way to deal with this problem but I am only human. I experience strong emotions just like everybody else. I think it is a sign that I care. Obviously, the person on the receiving end doesn't feel that way at first though lol We have just got to do whatever we can to make a good thing last before we screw it up with our emotions.

I cannot blame you with that. For me it will matter on how you handle your pride into a person or situation. It's good to know that you were able to make your girlfriend laugh at times and that what makes having a healthy relationship. And I am happy to know that.
