What's going on with Toneaday?

I am using Toneaday, and my ratings have been submitted 2 months ago, but I still don't get any e-mail!
Anyone having the same problem?

i am also facing a same problem past 5 weeks i mail them but no response ....

That happened to almost all the users and now people categorized it as a scam.
They say you probably didn't rate well and scammed them so therefore you wont be receiving your 2 dollars.
i have given up hope there a long time ago.

Hi friend even I am having the same problem for the last couple of months and even after emailing them the problem persisted.I just can't understand what's going on.
