want to block unsolicted emails. can you help?

i receive unsolicted emails from a woman how can i block these? i am disabled and live only on social security si can't pay much but would appreciate it if you could help me with this, please. if this info. is needed, have windows 98 and outlook express. any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated.

What kind of email do you have? Do you use and email program like Outlook or do you access it thorugh your internet browser?
