Newbies posting "Discussions Guidelines LINK" :-D

Hello Lotters,
When ever i go to the "mylot Interest" section, i kept noticing newbies asking for some "how to do this and that again" scenario with out even bother looking at the "mylot" guidelines. but i guess it can't be helped, it's always that way, since it's their first time, they never get tired of it. not to mention they don't mostly comment back

Well, here's some enlightening news
.
It seems that there are some newbies out there who are also now putting up either the mylot faq or the discussion guidelines. I never saw this happening before, usually it is the Veteran/Oldies who does it. even though some are tired of posting such.but i am glad that some newbies (some that has already almost 100 or 200+ post) were doing this already.
I salute these newbies. it seems what we do (oldies) is slowly paying off.

Well that is exciting to hear, I have not come across it yet but would welcome a discussion from a new member with regards to guidelines as it shows come caring.
Oh by the way did you notice the Green myLot today...

Since I logged on to myLot first I saw the Green Logo which gave me a boost as a bonus for all my earned efforts. So then I went into PayPal and sure enough there it was. A bit later I logged on to my emails and yup there it was also.

its like pay it forward. what the new ones learn from us that is what they will shard to the new ones like them. i am sure that we veterans help them in every way we can even sometimes there are new ones that are sarcastic. i encountered a few already. but doing mylot the right way will make them benefit more. good for them that they help another after they got help from old members. this site is one true cool site and i am happy to say that i am one of the members.

new or old we should all help each other, not because we are veterans that means we know everything. a helping hand is still what we need specially this is a discussion site, without responses and comments we will not earn.

Hello seven,
that was the agenda since the time the oldies were dominant. but that time, all we had was trolls and debates with people that are close minded. i think the sarcastic ones? as long as they don't violate the rules, because if they do, Admin will hunt them down. we should keep helping old members./

Well that is refreshing isn’t it? Maybe everybody is getting it; the fact that the most of what we need to know is in the guidelines. Everybody is tired of posting the guidelines link so it’s just as well the newer members are doing it now, I hope they don’t tire from it any time soon. Let’s hope most people ‘get it’...

SOme are getting it but a few like the one who responded still had some questions. i just explained it to be easier. well, I am tired of posting guidelines. but when ever a similar topic is posted, i just can't help it. but of course, i don't want to risk of my post getting deleted for some reason.

it could be that they are just trying to get to know every one on mylot also.i have been here for a while and have not figured alot of things out yet.like how much can you have in your mylot account before cashing out.and sense i have not been here for a while i can not remember if i used my bank account for payout or what i used.can i hold alot in mylot account until i am ready to cash out?if so how much can i hold?just asking.thanks!

Hello Deedeehall,
You don't cash out, the admin does. they will send it to you on or before 15th of the month. and the minimum pay out is actually 10$. i can't believe this you are already around seven hundred post. but well, i just let you know the minimum, it's the safest number and easy to withdraw.

yess Its good that newbies are reading the Faqs carefully and posting it for other newcomers :d, Even I did that 2-3 times when I was new probably with some 50 or 70 posts and saw some threads asking how to earn or how to do this or that in mylot :P. I would be better if people start using mylot carefully instead of spamming it with all the same topics again and again :(. I don't get any topic to start :D, Even after more than a month here I haven't started more than 10 topics as yet. I prefer participating in discussions some useless and some which guide others :D;).

I wish more people were like you. but that's the trouble with newbies i think. this probably allows me to think of a new discussion but although am not sure if it's gonna work.i don't participate on useless discussions or repeating discussions anymore. it's just a waste of time, most specially if it's get deleted.@moneyspinner (613)

Hello LetranKnight :).
Thank you hehehe, I had started discussions which I thought are good topics to get views of people, but unfortunately nobody seems to be interested in those 2-3 good topics. So I left the idea of starting any discussion until I find some more appealing and interesting topic to post. yeah 4 of the discussions I participated were deleted by mylot, I don't know the reason for deleting 2 of that 4 which were not bad to be deleted :D.
Anyways we should be learning from senior members like you :)

hi letran oh I am so glad to see that maybe all the times I have
told newbies do read the guideline,the rules of discussion and
the questions and answers and also the TOS and now maybe it
is sinking in, I gave up as I was called a snoopy bossy old
so and so and other nasty things and I thought to myself fine
sink or swim I no longer care.I salute them too as they will
find out its fun being here and they will enjoy it and make'friends as I have done too. I had never had malice towards newcomers as I was
one once too but sometimes people just do not like to be told
anything evenif it would help them.

Well, don't give up helping now that it's finally paying off. besides, lamby was the worst "WARNING" giver during my time as a Newbie.but i reacted and didn't see reason, i feel so that many people were on to him. they don't realize how a person like him can be essential for the new ones in this site.,

It is good to hear that the newer members are already posting the guidelink for other newer members, and I hope the newer members they post the link for will take the link and read through it. I do wonder if when we veterans of mylot post the link, if the newer ones even read it or think we are just too.. high and mighty? Hmm I suppose that makes not much sense. In any case it's great we're rubbing off on the newer members, maybe mylot will change for the better soon!

I hope so. our efforts in providing the discussion guidelines has some how convince others to do the same. i mean, come on we see others doing the same old topic over and over again. am sure those newbies that been here a bit while had enough of it also. as for me, ijust give the link. am surprised about this with other newbies, i hope that discussion is not deleted.

is good that newbies have some good advices^^ what i did had to find out all alone less the part that we need at least to write 4 lines to get paid. but that we need make many discussions and attach images i saw it later. if someone told me in beginning i could had won more money since the start^^ even today i comment in someone that is new here and asked advices^^ and i told him my technique^^ is great to share with others if we win good money why not share?^^ i would like people to share with me also so i share with others too^^

that's a good. i never knew i could make such on that technique. but i haven't tried it in a long time. well, just let them know that they shouldn't be making post with out quality or it will surely be trouble if they would. i will start sharing others about my technique. but the last time the post got deleted
