For me it takes 1 to 3 years to change my phone, I've only had four phones in my whole lifetime, but all of them I got brand new from the beginning. The first one was the infamous nokia 3300, I got it when I was in first year high school. My next one I got before the end of my high school, a nokia 2100. It is the one with the picture frame at the back, mine was in color baby blue. I loves that phone even if it is not colored, it is really cute. Next is 3230, I got it 1st year college when my 2100 got snatched from my bag. I had to use an old phone before I got it, as a temporary phone. Now I have my 6300, I got it when I was in 3rd year high school. I really like this phone, but the problem is, now it has lots of glitches, I am not the most careful at cellphones, It fell often. Now a rubber band is holding it together hehe. I want to buy a whole new phone now, a flip phone from another brand other than nokia hehe, the LG lollipop. It is so cute! hehe.

Well I dont change my cellphone quite often. I use it until it is working in good condition. Since last three years I have just changed three phones, although some of my friends change there phone very often like in 3 to 6 month's time. But I am not all that cellphone freak, So find spending much money on them all that fun.

Since i had my first cellphone in high school i think i had five phones. a mixture of new and second hand phones. currently, i have SE's K750i which belongs to my father first. before that was another SE flip phone, which is now in my sister's hands. now, i want a new phone because this K750i lags rarely, is missing some numbers already or text pad, the camera doesn't work too - so it's really on the point of having replaced. i want a slide phone with wifi now. i always like the flip or slide phones. unfortunately SE doesn't have a less expensive slide phone so I have my eyes on a samsung phone and a LG one. hopefully they are as durable to falls as SE is. Coz my hands are pretty destructive.

My hands too are destructive, my old phones and my phone now has suffered so much hahaha. I really want a flip phone, my father always buys me a compact phone because he said it won't get broken easily. I think this is why I break them sooner or later, because I don't take care of them much because I thought they are very durable. But maybe when I own a delicately looking phone, I might handle it more with care hehe.

My phones and yours should sympathize with each other, they all have gone through a number of painful operations haha.

I'm not really a cellphone person. I'm more of a laptop/pc one. The phone I'm currently using now came from my mom. An unknown Nokia one because she got sick and tired of hearing from me that I don't have a phone. Which is true. Before my phone right now, I don't have a cellphone. Or to be more exact, I don't own one, but use the one provided by the company I work for. My fiance hates the fact that I couldn't care less about texting because he said I make him worry sometimes, specially when I have to go somewhere far and he's not with me. He hates waiting for a text or a call that he knows is highly unlikely to happen, telling him that I was able to reach my destination safe.

To buy another cellphone i have to wait a lot because I like only high standard gadget(capitalism mode on xD). My real dream is to buy cellphones that can assist me in my daily tasks(Gaming,Listen music with a high sound quality, etc...) My last cellphone i search for 2 weeks in the internet to see if that was a really good cellphone and i think i choose very well ;D.(I wait 3 years to buy my last cellphone) See You!

I change every 2 years, based on contract. My first phone was the Nokia 2100. Second was the Sony Ericsson J300i. Next up is Samsung L series. Now my current one is an LG KU990. Hmm...I'm thinking of changing to a HTC next time.

Is that a company contract? My father also has that privelege of changing his phone. Or is it a mobile phone contract, I really don't call much so having a plan or post paid mobile doesn't really suit me.

I don't have a set time when I would buy a cell phone, as it just depends on what cell phone I already have, and the want I want to purchase. I just bought a new phone last week, and I am very pleased with it, and I am glad that I decided to buy it. It is a Samsung Fascinate which is a Galaxy S phone. I have looked at differen reviews on it, to see what features it has on it, and if it fits in with my lifestyle or not. I only had my last phone 7 months before I bought my new one. I wanted to try the Android OS, and so far, I have no complaints. It has a fast processor and so therefore the web pages load up really quick. The biggest reason I purchased it is the screen as it is a 4" screen and it is a touch screen. It lets me see what is goin on even outside, which other phones never did. I am happy I purchased the phone, and I plan on keeping it longer than the last phone I had. Take care, and have a very good day.

My previous phone also got virused, I had it reformatted atleast 2 or 3 times, it really is a pain to my wallet. But it is not the reason I gave up that phone, as usual my destructive hands did the job of destroying it haha.

I have a problem with the rubber band holding my phone together, and the tons of mighty bond that failed to hold it together wahaha.

My present cellphone was almost 5 years now. It was my cellphone when I was in college. I often buy a new cellphone when its needed or if my phone was lost. But if my cellphone is still working and there is no damage then i will not buy a new cellphone.

I don't often change my cellphone. My cellphone is Samsung I900 and I bought it on February 14th last year. It works great until now and I have no plans at all to buy a new one. I am not keen on the trend of cellphone. As long as my cellphone works fine for me, I won't change it because I think it wastes my money. I love China

I don't change my cellphone often. I've only had three cellphones till now, because I use each of it for years. I don't require much things for a cell phone. Usually I just juse it to call, to text, to play music, and to read ebooks. And I'm satisfied with my all three phones. And just at the beginning of this year, my dad bought me a new cellphone as my birthday present. It's great. The newest Anycall at that time.

I only change my phone when the keys cannot function anymore or I accidentally drop my phone into the toilet bowl. This happened to my friend. Handphones are so small nowadays that it is easy to slip out.

I have a total of 8 phones already. I usually change phones every 2-3 years. My first phone was a 5110i which my parents got for me when I was in 5th grade. The next one was a 3350 which I got as a graduation present. When my 3350 got a little crazy, they got me a 7650 during freshman year. I got a 3660 phone when I was a junior. When I was a freshman in college, my mom bought me an N70. When I became a junior in college, they got me an E66. When this got stolen, my mom opted to buy me a cheaper phone, Cherry Mobile M35. When I graduated college, they got me a Samsung Wave. =D

I have already gone 5 hand phones since I started using them more than 8 years ago. I bought the last one because I was mugged. I am tempted by the new Android phones but can't justify buying one because the one I have still serves me well. :)
