Sometimes it just isn't going to work out.

I am stubborn in many ways, and do not like admitting when something does not go my way. However, there are just some things in life that are like a round peg being shoved right in a square hole. Trying to make everything fit is going to be hard and there are just times where we need to just give something off as a lost cause. I don't like admitting this any more than you do, but that happens. Do you feel that there are times where it might just be healthier to give up?

I'm quite the same as you, giving up isn't one of my preferations. Usually I don't need to give up the struggle I'm stuck within, but well, life is life. We weren't meant to have a completely good life, where nothing is against our will^^ I'm quite stubborn myself, but sometimes I'm afraid I have to "admit defeat" . It might be healthier for the mind indeed, I think that's the only reason why I give up sometimes.

Yes it does take a few times to get the message. Unfortunately, after a while, no matter what, we have to face reality slapping us right in the face. Thank you for your response. It is much appreciated and it contributed to the topic well. Have a nice day and thanks.
