Lewis Hamilton is overrated

Of course they all are great drivers, it's hard to get in F1, but I think Lewis is simply overrated, he won a title by an accident that happened to Glock...what a pain. He took a well deserved title from Massa. Now, who won the last season, Brawn GP...uhm...a new team and already the best, because they used the parts that were forbidden actually, only later FIA accepted those parts as legal. What I am trying to say is it doesn't depend on the driver skill that much, it's who has got the best car. How many times have you seen a McLaren engine on fire since Hamilton started to race? Like 1 time, while other team engines keep breaking down. Before that you would always see a McLaren engine overheating because they had the biggest top speed, after they stole some important stuff from Ferrari things have moved up in the McLaren, actually spying has always happened, but it disappoints me, because Lewis won exactly the season when they were spying, why did they took off points from the team, but not from the team drivers, Hamilton is not a Champion, he's just a guy that has some driving skills, but not a champion. Cheat to win, cheat to win...

I also agree in part with you, but you can't say that Massa really deserved the 2008 world championship more than Hamilton. Yes, Hamilton won the title when Glock went off track in the last turn at Interlagos, but Massa won in Spa because of a penalty given to Hamilton, he had un point in Fuji when Bourdais was penalized, the FIA was with him more than with Hamilton. Hamilton is in fact a good driver, but surely not the best of all, he makes too much mistakes.

The fact was, McLaren stole some important information from Ferrari and improved it to get faster cars, that's what disappoints me. Of course he is a good driver, bad drivers wouldn't get in F1. Well, what has happened has happened...

I agree in part with you. I think Hamilton is not the best driver in F1, maybe he is the fastest but not the best (who adjust beste the car, run in rain better than in dry conditions, ...), besides that what happened between he and Alonso was very strange. I don't understand why McLaren contract a 2 time champions to let him as second driver, was really strange. Brawn deserve their titles, and i just regret one thing that you said that i think is more and more clear every day in Formula 1, today the car is waht matter, the driver comes in second place, that is a shame.
