Anyone ever been to Hawaii or currently live in it?

My girlfriend usually goes on vacation to Hawaii every summer and I have always wanted to go and hopefully I will go with her someday. But I am just wondering if anyone here has been to or currently lives in Hawaii. And if so how is it? It must be amazing to live there. Thanks

It is like heaven on earth. Kawai is my favorite they all look the same I have been to several islands on vacation. Trying getting a package deal for hotel and air. Have fun. Lady Jane from NYC.
