What is paypal visa? if i live in the philippines can I apply paypal visa?

When I saw the paypal visa I wondered if i can have one too even if I live here in the philippines ? Anybody can help me on how can I acquire on it?

I am not sure what do you mean by paypal visa. But you can create an account in paypal for free. To get money from it, you need UB account or link you smartmoney card. I am from the Philippines too. If you have any queries on how to get money using Union Bank just pm me.

Yes I have withdrawn money from my paypal twice. They charged P50 for withdrawing amount less than P7000. Processing is within 2-3 banking days.
