I love grilled food but not pork of course coz I don't eat pork. I agree with you that barbecue is always on the dishes in most occasion and maybe it's because it is just one of the favorites of most people. Although is it quite messy, it is always fun to prepare barbecue. What then is the best tasting barbecue? I really don't know.

Now here again is a photo that proves your point. Indeed barbecue almost always comes in the dishes served during feasts and parties. I had this taken to post here. I found this in one party i attended and upon seeing I remembered this post of yours. This is pork barbecue. The guests really feasted on this except me. As I said, I don't eat pork. It does not entice me at all.

Well, when we prepare a feast, we usually consider what our guests would like. Barbecue is one of the safe foods to prepare because most people like it, and is rarely hated, both adults and kids like it, just prepare a spicy dip for adult or make the barbecue sauce a bit sweeter for kids. I love barbecue!

Barbecues in my country are part of Spring and Summer. But besides that, it´s the kind of food that gathers people around a fire. In Winter, fondues and risottos fill the need to sit around a table. The best barbecue is one with close friends and family

i just love grilled foods such as barbecue its the smell and the taste thats irresistibly delicious. my favs are surigao bbq and larsian in cebu
