Any Improvements This Coming 2015? For Those People Who Are Seeking For A Job?

Is there any improvement this coming 2015? Some unemployed are still looking for a job, but still can't find any. Here in our country, there are lots of qualification and requirements needed before you will be accepted in the company. Those people in our country that are in the company were looking for an applicant based on age, gender, school background and degree. This is the reason why it is hard to find a job because of high qualification and high requirements here in our country. For me, it seems nothing changed from the past up to the present. So, what do you think? Is there any improvement...?

I am still hoping for a better employment rate within the next five years. As of now, I think there is an increasing rate of underemployment as well in our country. Most of the companies now require a higher level of qualification. We just have to hope for the best for our country.

Improvements in terms of fast processing, selection, and the qualifications. Today, the qualifications for a certain job is a little bit higher compared to twenty years ago. Today, even a janitor needs to be a college degree holder. I think that we don't need to wait for any improvement in the coming years but we need to act and find out what we can do in order for us to create jobs instead of looking for one.

2015 is five years from now, still very far. I understand your gripe. Our country deserves a new law that prohibits discrimination based on age, gender, and school background. For the degree, it will depend on the specialty needed for the job...So they should not ask for a college degree for saleslady/salesman position. A lot of changes can happen within 5 years...so we must all be optimistic, and at same time realistic, that our country will change for the better.
