What role would like have in politics.

I do know every citizen in country do have some role in politics of that country, especially those who cast their vote. Apart from voting or electing there are other roles to being a part of campaigning, to participate in election as candidate, to be in background watching all those political activities so on goes. What role would you like to have in politics especially during election times?

I belive it is our civic duty to do as much as we can. My efforts our minor compared with the sacrifices made by our ansestors. I donate time to canidates, I know exactly what my representatives vote on and why they voted the way that they did.
One letter to your Senator or congress person is the same as several thousand people writing to them. They really do pay attention to people voicing honest opinions.
There is also a responsibility to deny those that run for office on a platform of hype and ten word answers and puting "party first" on the back burnner.
