Is Tianshi MLM Okay?

Many of my friends are being bankrupt after joining this kind of MLM promising you a yacht, new car, millions of money, etc. But some other still joining it.
Guys, do you have any idea/experience of Tianshi MLM ?

I have a friend who is a member of Tianshi (also called Tiens). He used to hound me with Tianshi business opportunity. He even registered me into the business without my approval. And what I do not like about their business is, they are full of hype and claims are too good to be true. I guess that old friend got tired of hounding me, he stopped being stupid...
