Writing has been my favorite hobby since my high school days, and is still is. I like writing articles, short stories, reviews, commentaries, and so on. I have joined a number of online writing programs. One of the sites I work with is "Review Stream". One can write brief reviews about a variety of topics and get paid.

I don't only love to write poems, it is my passion. It is my way of expressing my emotions when I am sad or happy and it has become a stress management for me as I can pour out what is boiling up inside me. As a matter of fact , i got a publisher site that showcase all the poems i have made for the past four years. I am thinking of writing love stories too, but i still have not come up with a good storyline. There's not much money in writing, not unless you hit it bigtime. So its got to something that really interests a person, without expecting much compensation , either monetary or appreciation from other people.

I love writing short stories, poetry and a few lyrics. I'm seriously plating with the idea of trying to write articles somewhere, like Triond, but am nervous about making the leap from fiction to articles.

During my younger days, I spent most of my time writing. Writing comic strips since I know how to draw, I journal every night and jot down my thoughts, I write snail mails to a number of friends who were studying in another city and to my foreign friends and most of all, I compose poems. Now blogging has caught my attention, but I don't have all the time in the world to focus on this. All I know is that I have passion in writing.... just anything under the sun except for adult topics :)

i like to write short stories and i used to write poems. this time however, i'm more on fan fictions and i like it as much or more than what i used to write in high school. though there isn't much originality, since i'm using an already existing character/s but bending its personality, creating a whole new world or even adapting the world they have is fun and let's out a little creativity. well, as long as i know that others enjoy what i'm writing then that's fine with me.

I really love to write poems. any topic will do, as long as I have the idea on what to write I can write it easily. When I was still single I used to write love poems for my husband. What I love about Poems is like you are putting your heart and soul to it. Making it part of you. I submit some of my poems to Helium.

Sure it's time-consuming, but it can also be very self-rewarding, depending on what you approach with writing is. As for me, I prefer writing prose and fiction: from short stories up to some (attempted) novel. Genres are usually "unrealistic", since I prefer Science-Fiction and fantastic stories... fantastic, not fantasy! When I wrote more realistic subject, they are always quote ironic.
