i bought i new purse and now its broke and they wont take it back!!!!!!

i bought a new purse soo cute and expensive not on sale and no where did it say no returns theyy even had a return register but they revuse too take it back!!!!! what should i do!!!??????

If you purchase a new item and it is of poor quality, the store should take it back without question. if they are refusing to do so, i ould demand an explanation, if i asn't satisified, i woulld go as far in the company as i could for satisfaction.
