problem with neobux

..hi guys.. I have a problem with neobux.. when I click the ads, they don't open and then later, the page would say error that's why I haven't been earning.. what's wrong? when I open the other PTC sites that I'm on, the ads will open and there's nothing wrong.. I only encounter this problem with neobux.. please share your views.. thanks..
