Honey as root toner

I have seen amny videos already and heard from many gardeners that honey can be used as natural root toner to plant from cuttings and even leafs. I dont know what to say about thins method by my own since i thought that real, natural honey is just a mix of sugar and pollens revised by bees.
Now i must to change the way i think and next time i when i will plant anything i will add liike bit honey to the cuttings, so that they make roots faster and thus grow stronger as plants.

its really nice but i will be able to know if this is real when my blueberry cuttings will get some roots in pots where i placed them before two days. i added honey too :) lets see what will happen.
