My brother in law is a member of Herbalife. He said it is a healthy food. He offered it to us because my wife is gaining weight. The product---herbalife--- will makes my wife loss weight. It is safe because it is all natural and considered as complete food. I read the ingredients at the back.It will be taken as shakes which you could add some fruits or vege.
It requires my wife to skip breakfast and dinner and drink herbalife shake instead. Are you familiar with herbalife?

I have heard of it, but I am a bit suspicious of it. I heard that it is rather easy to lose weight with it, but that it all comes back once you stop using this product. I have never used it though, so I don't know if it is true or not...

My wife start drinking it for 3days a week. It tastes delicious but I am not 100% convince that herbalife is safe.

Puccagirl- Yes your right that when you STOP using Herbalife everything will comes back. You know why? Because the products supply all the nutrients that our body needs on a daily basis but only 80-90 calories. Unlike your regular meal which is 1300-1900 calories depend of what you eat. Woman only burn 1500 calories each day, Men burn 2000 calories. WITHOUT exercise. That's why people now a days are getting bigger.
Have you notice that every 10 people, 5-8 are obese?
Comment_please- Yes i know it is very safe. Ive been using it for 12 years and still i maintain my weight. 5'3" 110 lbs and 25-27" around my waist.
It is only nutrition. Replacing each meal into lower calories with NUTRIENTS.

This one girl I used to work with was an independent sales lady for HerbaLife, and it worked for her. I mean, she's a size 6 and used to be a size 12 before she started, so I believe that it works in that sense, but at the same time, I think it's just about cutting calories in general - and you could do that without the shakes and supplies and whatnot. lol.

She is an Herbalife Independent Distributor. Give some RESPECT to her.
Shake is really good. 80 calories imagine that. With all nutrients that we need. I'm so THANKFUL to be part of it! I gained 25 lbs ion just using it and improved my health. 10 years of using it.

The problem with Herbalife is not that it is not healthy. It is certainly a scientifically balanced food and won't do you any harm if you follow the directions.
I have big issues with it because of the way it is sold. It is one of the big Multilevel Marketing schemes and, as such, it is vastly overpriced (in order that every level gets its cut of the profit) and (as do all MLM schemes) tends to encourage the pressure selling of products and a concentration on recruiting 'downlines' using very sophisticated psychological methods. In fact, for the people who sell you the product, it is NOT the product which is really important: the whole emphasis is on gathering a 'team' and moving up a financial ladder to 'success'.
You will very likely find, before long, that your brother in law will begin to pressure you to become part of his 'team' and to help him sell it. If you want to go that way, do so by all means, but be aware that you will be recruited into a 'machine' as a very small cog. You will likely do a LOT of work selling the product for very little return at first and, if you DO manage to recruit your own downline, the profits will NOT justify the work involved for a long time.

If you really dont like being part of Herbalife its ALRIGHT. But the products are really good. Ive been using it since i was only 10 years old. And after 12 years which is the present i maintained my weight and stay being healthy. Not only because of using Herbalife but being conscious and i improved my eating habits.
The people who introduced to you the Herbalife still earning much money whether your into him/her or not.
