Do your glasses have nose guards?

I am not really sure what they are called, but the thing that presses down your nose when you wear glasses. Mine are really heavy, so those things makes mark on my face. I don't really like it, and I am planning to buy another pair of glasses that doesn't have those.

I used to have that problem. I had a permanent mark on my nose caused by those supporters (As you I don't know what they are called either). I bought a new pair of glasses where the lenses are not glas but plastic. As plastic is much lighter than glass there is not that much pressure on your nose so you will not get marks. But you have to change these supporters every two years or so because they will get worn. Of course I don't know if you already have plastic lenses in your glasses. In that case try to renew these supporters.

I found Korean style glasses, they are light even though the lenses are real glass, and they don't have those irritating supporters hehe.

oh, that white capsule which hold your glasses, isn't it?? I have those and it makes me comfortable and the glasses don't fall off easily. If I don't have those, it will leave a mark at my nose and I don't feel very comfortable

My glasses don't have no guards. They use to, but they fell off.
