Facebook provides a great way to communicate with family and friends. Yes I do agree that you can addicted to Facebook. As for me, if I accept Facebook as only a tool to communicate, it won't be able to steal my time. Just like we need a handphone, it goes the same with facbooking. Just do it moderately. You will just fine.

same here, facebook shouldnot control you and your time. Use it as it is intended for. Try to get all the positive things out of it and you'll be a winner!
