Marriages.

My Mate is 10 years younger than I am, and yes, we are engaged.

Personally I wouldn’t do it but then this is probably my Indian culture that is speaking up. We Indians are brought up to believe that the man should always be older to the woman so no question of being an Indian woman and marrying a guy of my son’s age!!! Regarding men, well there are many many instances where Indian men have flirted with girls young enough to be their daughters…they did not have the guts to face society and divorce their old wives and marry their much younger gf, but that’s another story. It all depends on the culture you are brought up in and also if you have the guts to come out in the open and face the consequences

In my life I shall not do it. But I wish to inform you that these happening. I know 15 males and 5 females here who married at a huge age gap. First was a professor. Among them only one female married a aged male (f-24, male-65) and have extra relation. All others are living happily at least in our sight.

If I were single, I might have done so 20 or 30 years ago, but at my current age, the idea is laughable.

Hi, For sure, I would say NO and I won't marry someone who is younger than me. I feel that younger man is not mature enough in his thinking and I feel have the responsibility to takecare of him,instead he is taking care of me. Therefore , I choose man who is older than me as my life partner. Last time, there was a man who going after me and he is 3 years old younger than me, I rejected him because of our aged different.
