How often do you make friends?

Hi everyone! Do any of you consider yourselves as outgoing and friendly people? If so, how often do you meet new people and make new friends (in real life or online)?
I'm not a very social person so I don't meet new people often in real life (cause I don't go out often), though I do meet a lot of people online due to my blog and many online communities. However, I wouldn't consider them as friends cause I usually only talk to them once or twice and that's it. It usually takes months even years for me to be friends with someone I meet, and I have to see this person often and get along well for us to be friends. What about you guys?

well i tend to make most of my friends from school or work. i dont go out very often and i rarely go to parties (even with my friends). my philosophy is that i would rather have 2 great friends then 200 crappy ones! best of luck

Well for the most part I am pleasant until you get on my bad side
but friend wise eh I'm friendly and enjoy talking but I dont usually
make friends (the one online bud i have now is an exception). well acquaintances at most usually but friends not so much..it takes
me a while before I consider you my friend and I go solely on your actions.

I'm a friendly person, so I make friends easy as long as people are good and friendly. I have virtual friends, real friends, friends from high school, college, today. From my state, the nation, abroad. All friends are good, in my opinion, you can't have too many.

I can say that i am very friendly,real life and online.
I joined social sites and makes friends there.
I had online friends from other countries that i haven't met in real life but our friendship is going on,for years,some of them are my friends for more than 5 years now.
Some online friends that i've met are local ones just near my place and few from far places too.
We had this group that we all met from one social sites and we met in real life.
Now we are going to celebrate our 3rd year anniversary ...we are more than 10,all girls.
It is always good to met new friends and make friends with different people online and real life.

I love to meet and interact with people in real life and online but
making friends is different aspect of ones social being...there I believe
in making few but real good friends.
I have made friends across the globe and i keep interacting with them
quite often...i love doing that coz it keeps my zeal for life
get going...motivating.
