For me it depends on my appetite. I love chocolates but i never tried eating chocolates. After exercising i will prefer to drink water than to eat chocolate.

I think it is okay to eat chocolates after exercise as long as you don't eat too much. Perhaps, you just ate it because to boost some energy that you consume during exercise. And there's some chocolates that don't give too much calories to our body. Happy MyLotting!

Hi, I am not a chocolate lover and I hardly eat chocolate. Only once a while, then I will buy Ferrero Rocher and have a bite on it.MOst of the time, my husband will wallop all those chocolates. I prefer to eat some healthy snacks and I think chocolate is too heaty for me.

milk chocolate is much recommended after exercise or any tedious activity...the calcium, soduim and dophanine helps to replenish our electrolytes..so next time use milk chocolate instead of chocolate alone after exercise..

I really like eating chocolate but only in small doses. It takes me days to eat a whole bar. I find it too sweet and too rich. I drink lots of water after exercise. And then I feel really sleepy. It takes all my strength to keep awake. LOL
