Plastic surgery

How many of you would prefer plastic surgery for bringing a charming look? is it not that plastic surgery is against nature? D you prefer it or not?

Well i dont prefer plastic surgery unless if its necessary or in case of emergency. Because i feel its against the nature and it has its own effects and looks artificial.

If it is for an emergency purpose like that after burn or for a costemic purpose like cleft lip or cleft palate, I shall go for a plastic surgery as it is indented to have something like 'natural'. But if it is for fashion, I am definitely against it.
