Muscle mass?

Okay, I work out regularly and I haven't brought this up to discussion but I noticed I was 111 then jumped to 114... Is that muscle mass? My bf told me that it's just muscle mass and based on a bit of my research and some water that my muscles had absorbed. Now do you think it's muscle mass? I do lots of strength training pushing my muscles beyond my limits and trying to tone myself up yet abstaining from certain foods (desert, and other sugary stuff -- only for a once a week treat).

This is not nearly enough information to determine anything. So I'd have to tell you to ask yourself what you really think happened. How do you look in the mirror? 3lbs is not very much and could be anything. If you've eaten a lot of salt/sodium recently then it is just water weight. A girl's weight will often fluctuate with her menstrual cycle. any change in diet, stress, exercise, etc. No way for me to tell. If you feel like it's all muscle then go ahead and believe that it is and keep up the good work.

How do I look in the mirror? Hot! :D T__T Everyone says that, I personally think... Sometimes!!!!! But most of the time I think I still need work. _ But yunno, I'm self conscious about myself sometimes so I tend to freak out about the smallest details. Oh snap, menstrual cycle?!? _ Sometimes I don't take that into concideration.. All I do when that time comes is, PMS, crave attention, then throw fits at my BF for nothing. -_-" My BMI is.. 21. _ I wanna bring it down to 20.. I'm athletically fit coz I train for MMA and pole dancing. ^^ So I'll keep note on that.. When the mood swings hit, then yea. Thanks for your response.

_ ok.. yea i kinda overreacted on the weight.. Check scale after you wake up in the morning and done all your bathroom stuff, check scale with or without the usual clothing you'd wear to check the scale.. 109..

It depends on how you rate yourself and the exercises youve been late up to, sometimes liquid intake does matter too.. And muscle mass is also another thing to consider. Anyway, keeping our body fit is more important than anything else...Well, you are just in good shape anyway as you work out regularly and abstaining from unhealthy foods... keep it up..
